At Pup Labs, we want you and your furry friend to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to make it easy to find your pup's next favorite look.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and items are free of pet hair.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
